• Safety and Conduct: All passengers must follow the crew's safety instructions. The operator reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone acting in a disorderly or intoxicated manner.
• Schedule Changes: The cruise operator reserves the right to alter the route, schedule, or vessel due to extreme weather, river traffic, or safety concerns.
• Liability: The operator is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought on board. Passengers travel at their own risk regarding general maritime movement.
• Prohibited Items: Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on all decks.
