Ticket redemption locations for Shanghai double-decker buses:
To redeem your ticket, present your “electronic voucher” at the May 30th Movement Monument Station or the Red Service Kiosk at 1416A Lujiazui Ring Road, Pudong New Area. Once you have picked up your ticket, you may board the bus at any stop along the route.
Important Notes
• Ticket Redemption: Present your electronic voucher and passport at designated stops (People’s Square, The Bund Golden Bull Square, Yu Garden) to staff in uniform for verification and ticket exchange or direct activation, free of charge.
• Riding Tips: The open-top upper deck may be closed on rainy days. Please check the weather forecast in advance. Do not lean out or throw objects. Keep valuables safe. Large luggage is not recommended due to limited storage.
• Special Conditions: Routes may be adjusted or suspended due to extreme weather (typhoon, heavy rain, high temperature) or temporary traffic control; follow on-site announcements.
• Concession Policy: Children under 1.3m (inclusive) travel free. Only one free child per adult (no separate seat), verified on-site.
