What To Expect
Snow Resort SafetyInstructions：
1. Skiing is a high-risk sport. lfyou have heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia.cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disorders,epilepsy, asthma, or any other disease that your doctor has advised you to avoid strenuous exercise, or ifyou are pregnant, drinking alcohol,or experiencing behavioralimpairment due to medication, please choose to enjoy the activity carefully based on your physical condition.
2. Minors should be accompanied by adults when skiing.lt is not recommended that theelderly participate in skiing.
3.It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance that covers skiing activities in advance.
4. The venue is equipped with different difficulty levels of ski slopes,including beginner,intermediate and advanced slopes. Please choose the appropriate slope based on your skiing ability. Duringthe skiing experience, please ensure to stay within your own skiing level and pay attention to safety while skiing.
5. Please wear a skiing helmet throughout the entire activity. lt is recommended that you bring your own and wear gloves, goggles, face guards, wrist guards, elbow guards, back protectors,lnee pads,and hip protectors as safety equipment to minimize the risk of injury
6. Please choose the skiing equipment that suits your own level, Before skiing, make sure to check whether the rented skiing gear is in good condition. lf it is not suitable, please inform the staff of the reason and make adjustments or replacements as necessary.
7.lt is recommended that beginners hire a skiing instructor to guide them before going onto the ski slope.The venue offers skiing instruction services. Please purchase them as needed.
8. Smoking is prohibited within the ski resort (including tobacco products,electroniccigarettes,or any other products that produce smoke)
9. In case of any abnormalities or malfunctions in the facilities and equipment within the ski resort during operation, the equipment will need to be shut down forinspection.In some cases, some facilities and equipment may be temporarily suspended or closed without prior notice. In such situations, there will be no extension of the ticket validity or refund of the ticket.
10. Due to factors such as capacity limitations, adverse weather conditions,special events.safety or orderissues, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of the recreational activities may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcements made by the ski resort on the day of the visit.

Terms & Conditions
Entry Requirements:
The pass is valid for single-use only on the specific date purchased. Re-entry after exiting the resort requires purchasing a new ticket.
Please note the resort's daily closing time and plan your entry time accordingly to ensure sufficient skiing time.
Friendly Reminder: During holidays, visitor numbers are high. Please arrive early to collect your pass and queue for entry. During peak periods, crowd control measures may be in effect. Thank you for your cooperation.
How to Enter:
Huafa Snow World operates a real-name system. Please bring the valid original ID document used for booking on the day of your visit.
Redeem your Ski Card using the redemption code and your valid ID document at the self-service kiosks or the ticket office inside the resort. Entry through the gates requires both your ID document and the Ski Card.
Refund Policy:
Cancellation requests made at least 1 day before the validity date will receive a full refund without手续费 (handling fee).
Cancellation on the day of validity before the ski card is collected will incur a 20% handling fee based on the paid amount.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for tickets that have been collected, used, or have expired.
Partial refunds for an order are not accepted.
