Admission ticket to Xixi National Wetland Park.
2. Eligible Visitors
Visitors aged 19 to 59 years old (inclusive), calculated by date of birth on the travel date, with a height above 150cm. All conditions must be met simultaneously.
3. Entry Voucher
Physical printed ticket required for park entry.
4. Ticket Redemption
Required.
5. Redemption Time & Location
Redeem your ticket at any visitor center or service station inside Xixi National Wetland Park, Xihu District, Hangzhou.
6. Entry Location
All check-in gates of Xixi National Wetland Park, Xihu District, Hangzhou.
7. Entry Hours
Summer schedule (Apr 1 – Oct 7): 07:30 – 18:00
Winter schedule (Oct 8 – Mar 31 next year): 08:00 – 17:00
8. Usage Instructions
1. Booking must be completed before 17:30 on the visiting date. The ticket is valid immediately after successful confirmation. (Applicable for dated tickets only; not applicable for open-dated tickets.)
2. Partial cancellation is not allowed. To reschedule your visit, please cancel the existing booking first and make a new reservation.
9. Refund Policy
Full refund is available at any time before ticket redemption. Partial cancellation is not supported. If you need to change your travel date, please cancel your order and rebook accordingly.
10. Important Notes
● Please arrive before the daily closing entry time. Late arrival will result in denied entry.
● No re-entry allowed once you exit the park.
● Please keep your physical ticket properly during your visit for random inspection.
● Follow all on-site regulations of the wetland park, including ecological protection requirements.
