IMPORTANT:
• eSIM will be delivered via email. Please provide a valid email, failure to do so will delay eSIM processing.
• eSIM must be scanned and used 90 days from the date of purchase. Expired eSIMs are not refundable/ extendable.
• eSIM can only be scanned ONCE. Please scan eSIM QR code on the intended phone and do not delete eSIM until the end of trip.
• Deleted eSIMs cannot be recovered and cannot be replaced.
Understanding Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
All our unlimited eSIMs have a Fair Usage Policy of 2GB per calendar day. If a user exceeds this daily 2GB usage policy, the data speed will be throttled and significantly reduced. High-speed data will reset on the next calendar day where user can enjoy a new 2GB allowance.
User will always be able to use chat applications like Whatsapp/ iMessage even with the reduced speed to allow for uninterrupted communication.
