Terms & Conditions

• The Guangzhou Tower 433m Baiyun Starry Sky Sightseeing Ticket includes admission ticket to the 428m Baiyun Sightseeing Hall and the 433m Starry Sky Sightseeing Hall. Tickets must be redeemed and tower entry must be made in advance according to the time period of admission ticket purchase. If a tourist misses the deadline for entry due to personal reasons and cannot enter the tower, the loss shall be borne by the tourist himself.
• The validity period of Lingnan Impression Park admission ticket is 30 days from the date of purchase. It is invalid after the expiration date. Entry is limited to 9:00-17:00 on the day of the tour. Performances will be suspended on Mondays and the first day after holidays.
• Tickets must be collected at the Guangzhou Tower. Please go to the ticket window at the Guangzhou Tower West Ticket Hall with the ticket verification code and ID card to collect the tickets before entering the park. Please cooperate with the Guangzhou Tower security personnel to undergo security checks before entering the tower. Please do not bring the following items to the tower: lighters and other flammable and explosive items, beverages, radio-controlled toys, aircraft models, kites and other items that can fly (see the regulations of the Guangzhou Tower Security Office for details)
• You do not need to pick up a ticket for Lingnan Impression Garden. You can enter the park by checking the QR code.
