How to get your eSIM QR Code
After successfully placing your order, locate it in My Order, click eSIM Instruction, and follow the guide in Installation Guide Step 1 to find and use your eSIM QR Code for installation.

Tips

•
To check whether the mobile phone supports the eSIM function, you can dial *#06#. If EID is displayed, it generally means that eSIM is supported.

•
We recommend installing the eSIM after you arrive at your destination or before you board your flight.

•
Please ensure that you have a stable network/WiFi connection when installing the eSIM.

•
Turn off the data roaming function of your original SIM card to avoid high roaming fees.

How to Install Billion Connect eSIM
Here we take iPhones as an example. The actual text may differ depending on your iOS version and device.

You must have a network connection to install the eSIM. Please ensure WiFi or mobile data is available before installation.

Add the eSIM to a device that supports eSIM.

•
Go to Settings → Cellular Data / Mobile Data → Add eSIM Cellular Plan / Add eSIM

Scan the QR code or manually enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code.

•
If you see "Welcome to Billion Connect!", click “OK” to complete the installation. It is recommended to disable the eSIM until you reach your destination.

•
You can rename "Cellular Data" by changing the label. We recommend naming it "BC" for easy identification.

•
After arriving at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and turn on only the BC eSIM along with Data Roaming to access the internet.

Set the APN for the eSIM. Usually, this is done automatically. If not, you may need to set it manually.
